Founding Partner & CEO
With a construction career beginning in 1975 and more than 27 years of involvement with the
NWFA, Kevin has dedicated his life to advancing the hardwood flooring industry. He founded
this company with a clear purpose: to build something that truly reflected his values. He
wanted materials that didn’t just perform—but that carried artistic value and enduring
beauty.
Of all his accomplishments, Kevin is most proud of the team he has built—a group of people
who share his vision and bring more than 100 years of combined experience to the work they
do every day.
His leadership is hands‑on, his standards are high, and he works hard to ensure every
customer receives the quality and service they deserve.
Susan Evans
Partner & Treasurer
With more than 30 years in the hardwood flooring industry, Susan has been involved in nearly
every aspect of the business—from sales and customer support to operations and accounting.
Known for her steady leadership and sincere kindness, Susan is driven by relationships—building
trust with customers, supporting her team, and contributing to work that makes a lasting impact
in homes across the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.
She’s proud to be part of a team committed to innovation and craftsmanship.
Gary Schneekloth
Partner & Operations Manager
Gary has been with Custom Craft from day one and brings nearly four decades of industry
experience. He oversees operations and purchasing and is known for generously sharing his
knowledge with installers, finishers, and craftsmen alike, helping elevate the quality of work
across the industry.
His deep understanding of materials and product performance makes him an invaluable resource for
both the team and customers.

Sales Manager
Jeff has grown up around the industry and has been a valued member of the team since 2019.
Serving as Sales Manager, he brings a strong understanding of our products and services,
supported by his experience as a Bona‑certified installer.
He combines technical expertise with an easygoing, customer‑first approach, making him a trusted
resource for customers and partners alike. He understands hardwood flooring systems inside and
out and enjoys helping customers find the perfect fit for their projects.
Cami Mayhew
Sales
Cami may be the newest face on our sales team, but she brings more than a decade of hardwood
flooring experience in purchasing, logistics, and customer service with her.
Passionate about her work, Cami is committed to helping customers find the right solutions,
ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. As a Colorado native, she takes pride in
serving the region she calls home.

Our pre‑finishing team transforms each project from raw material to finished masterpiece.
Whether working on Colorado’s only flatline finishing system or hand‑finishing custom pieces,
they approach every board with precision and care.
