Moisture Content
These specialty mills dry all layers between 4.9% and 6.9% moisture content, following NWFA recommendations for the Rocky Mountain region.
Superior Construction
All products are balanced 3-ply or solid wood, produced in Europe or the USA, with wear layers no larger than 5mm to protect floor integrity.
Climate-Controlled Storage
Products are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, allowing additional acclimation at Denver’s elevation of 5,280 feet.
Verified Materials
Moisture content is verified upon arrival and again before delivery to ensure every certified material meets our strict standards.
Door-to-Door Service
Our own trucks and drivers ensure on-time delivery. Materials are packaged, covered, and handled to prevent humidity exposure or damage.
