Moisture Content

These specialty mills dry all layers between 4.9% and 6.9% moisture content, following NWFA recommendations for the Rocky Mountain region.

All products are balanced 3-ply or solid wood, produced in Europe or the USA, with wear layers no larger than 5mm to protect floor integrity.

Products are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, allowing additional acclimation at Denver’s elevation of 5,280 feet.
