Because we work with and sale mostly wide plank engineered flooring, we work with specifically chosen mills that produce our products at a moisture content between 4.5% and 6.9%. All of the lumber used in the manufacturing of our Custom Crafted flooring is dried before milling of the hardwood floor regardless of structure.
We then store those materials in our climate-controlled warehouse. This assures you of a floor that is produced specifically for our unique Rocky Mountain climate.
The 5/6 certified difference is your protection against unwanted service calls due to excessive movement, expansion and contraction, and assures your clients that you are installing a premium hardwood flooring designed specifically for them.
